We are currently living in the home as we work on all of the renovations necessary for the house to be ready to become the perfect getaway for friends, family, couples, and more!
Chumamaya is a horizontal property project nestled in the Sierras that belonged to the Comechingones. It is immersed in an ancient landscape with century-old Molles (our house has a 400-plus-year-old Molle in front), cypresses, and a variety of other trees. There is a large community pool and sports facilities, including three clay tennis courts and a full basketball court.
The uniqueness of Chumamaya is its impressive natural setting, with acres of walkable paths, a serene creek, and sublime views of the mountains and the Conlara Valley.
